Controller. CertifiHub ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed when you use our service.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, organization, hashed password.
Training data: courses you create, learner progress, test results, certificates issued.
Technical data: minimal logs strictly required to operate and secure the service.

We rely on (a) performance of contract for delivering the service, and (b) legitimate interests for security and abuse prevention.

We only set cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Data is stored in the European Union. Backups are encrypted at rest.

You can access, rectify, export, restrict, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@certifyhub.example.

We use a small set of EU-based infrastructure providers under Data Processing Agreements. The current list is available on request.
